Girl, Obsessed

So i'm having a very productive day desperately trying to clear some space in my ever expanding wardobe.
I would show you a picture but it's pretty horrifying.
I did manage to find some items that I had completly forgotten about, including this red dress I bought on ebay for £3. I also found my stag ring from H&M in a coat pocket.

As you can tell i've decided to take a break. And after finding my copy of Elle with Mary-Kate on the cover I curled up on the sofa to read her interview.
I love her, however, just when I think she has got to be my favourite Ashley goes and pulls out a killer outfit and I'm left feeling all confused.
In my eyes these girls can do no wrong. I've loved them since their Two Of A Kind days (I'm a bit young for Full House) I would literally do anything for their wardrobe and their perfectly dishevelled hair!

A Very Merry Christmas Night Out

So last night was eventful. But then if you can't go wild at Christmas when can you??

Everyone made such an effort, and there wasn't a dodgy tan line in sight!
I must mention Kirsty, who looked absolutely beautiful in her Topshop fringed playsuit. I was more than jealous of her pins in those jeweled tights!

As you can see I cut the sleeves off of my dress, added some corsages to the shoulders and bought a much needed slip for underneath!

My one big error was not bringing a proper jacket. After having a good old dance on the table in the restaurant, don't worry it wasn't only me. I think we can blame the person that decided on the no desert, just shots rule.. I threw on my pumps to walk home, it was -5 degrees.
And after running through the snow in my garden at 6 am I got inside to realise that it didn't matter how much fake tan I had applied on Friday I was pretty much blue.
Not a good look!

Sewing Machine??

As i've mentioned, tomorrow night is my Christmas night out.
I've decided i'm wearing my Jimmy Choo for H&M dress. Yes I am obsessed with their designer collabirations!
To be honest it was a bit of an impulse buy, and so i've had it for a year and never worn it.
However after a bit of editing, and a bit of help from mum!
I think i've made it into a pretty(er) dress.
This is what it looked like before..

And you'll find out what it looks like now on Sunday. If I manage to make it out of bed!

One for you, three for me

Another day off today and I've been tanning like crazy!
I'm not normally one to go around smelling like bad biscuits but it's my Christmas night out tomorrow and some girls have been applying it for weeks.
I'm feeling the pressure but as long as I'm not ghost-like I'll be happy!

I did a cheeky bit of shopping last night whilst waiting for my friend to finish work. I told myself it was Christmas shopping, but somehow managed to pick up quite a few things for myself. I have no idea how that happened...
Can't wait to try out my new matte finish nail varnish as I've heard so much about it (I'll let you know how it goes)
Plus a girl can't have too many coats, can she?

Baby it's cold outside...

So after being forced to drag myself to work today despite the elements and despite the fact nearly every other person I know got sent home, I decided today was the perfect day for the cinema and a catch up with Courtney. We ended up seeing Harry Potter, don't worry I obviously had my tickets booked for opening night months ago because I'm a big geek! But she hadn't seen it so I went again.
We then went to a lovely Italian for a big gossip! It was a nice end to a very long day at work, and now that someone very kindly pointed out it was only 25 days until Christmas I'm curled up doing some frantic online shopping!
And as for the outfit, there's nothing like a big cardigan and a cosy pair of boots! And speaking of cosy, look at the amazing hood Court turned up in today! I need one of these!!

Lazy Days

So it's sunday and I was meant to be going to meet my beautiful friend Courtney for a bit of a cinema/lunch date but the weathers horrible so we're taking a rain check. I realise i'm twenty one and 'the weathers bad' is an awful excuse but who wouldn't want to spend the day curled up with this crazy pussycat?? Especially when it looks like this outside!

So i've spent the day internet shopping. I'm a bit obsessed with Asos and it's seriously distracting me from the christmas pressents I should be getting.
Therefor not much effort was made with the outfit today, but what I am loving is this nail varnish I found lying around.
I think its festive...but am I too old for glittery nails???

Thanks Mr Elbaz

Ok so to start, i'm not a photographer and I don't have a good camera so don't expect quality.
However who needs a good camera when you have your very own Lanvin for H&M??
I decided it would be a good idea to camp outside the shop on Tuesday night. It was freezing!!
The things girls will do for a pretty dress...

dilEMMA

It's a Saturday night and i'm feeling inspired after doing some much needed blog snooping!

I enjoy a bit of clebrity gossip and love cocoperez.com. It is everything celebrity fashion and between this and my monthly subscription to Elle I ALWAYS feel dissapointed in my look.
So I've decided to keep note of my outfit choices so I can go back to old looks/see what i'm doing wrong! And what better way to do this than here, for all to see!
So here goes....
