Yo!

So I had a day off today and I went shopping...imagine that!? I have an addiction, there is nothing I can do.

I went with my sister and on the way we decided we're going to Cyprus on holiday this year. So in the spirit of sun, sea and skimpy clothes I bought a gorgeous pair of denim hotpants. I was in high waisted, washed denim heaven untill I tried them on... I MUST AVOID M&S AT ALL COSTS! Otherwise I fear the sight of my thighs in them may cause someone to pass out!

We had decided we were going for dinner before the hotpants inncident so we chose Yo!Sushi where I had guilt free edemame and crayfish salad.

I'm dreaming of cocktails and flip flops already!

Beer, Bunnies and Birthdays.

I've had a great couple of days visiting my friends Debbie and Allan in Edinburgh. They have a beautiful flat and I always feel at home as soon as I step in the door. I try to go down every weekend I have off (which isn't often) and we ALWAYS end up dancing, shopping and eating too much.
 This weekend was no exception...

On Friday we went out for dinner for our friend Jennys birthday, and then to some bar that played the worst music I had ever heard! After that Debbie decided to invite everyone back to her flat to play singstar till 4 in the morning. The videos went up on twitter the next morning, thank god there were none of me!

On Saturday we shopped, well I shopped while Debbie watched. And on Sunday we ate the biggest pizza you have ever seen then watched Never Let Me Go.

 It was perfect :)

Excuse me, bag lady coming through...

Thought I would ease myself back in with an outfit post. It wasn't anything too exciting, just my huge, cosy cardigan from ASOS, a leopard print scarf and a handful of rings.

It was far too cold to go out in just a cardigan and a t shirt as it was snowing today but I'm really not a winter person. I always feel I end up ruining an outfit with a big, ugly (but very practical) coat!

Any suggestions on where I could find a practical but fashionable coat would be more than welcome! Or even a style that I should aim for.

I love a pair of earmuffs or a chunky scarf but when it comes to winter jackets I always end up looking like a crazed bag lady that threw on the first huge coat she could find.
